Shelley has thirty-five years of nursing experience with a focus on empowering nurses through critical thinking, validating practice in their documentation, and improving their knowledge of practice rules and regulations. Shelley provides emergency department triage education and consulting as well as leadership development. In addition, she works prn as a staff nurse at Williamson Medical Center.
